Fall Neighbourhood Celebration at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church

Join us for a neighborhood celebration, come and meet the folks of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church.
Celebrating German culture, food, music, a guided tour through the church, children’s activities and games …meet and interact with your neighbors. This church is a vibrant community hub not just a “Sunday morning church service place”
We are members of the St. Marks Lutheran church who want to invite the neighborhood to come and visit the church for a neighborhood festival. Everyone is invited, regardless of their religious affiliation or worldview.
Dr. Claudia Launhardt will also give a talk on the topic “Off to North America – A History of German Emigration in the 19th Century.”
Look forward to an exhibition showcasing advertisements and information for emigrants from the 19th century. Afterwards, there will be butter cake and coffee served (Kaffee und Kuchen).
