I hope this email finds you well. Allow me to introduce myself; I’m Elke Porter, representing the newly established Westcoast German Virtual Business Club.
Our club aims to foster robust relationships and collaborations between businesses in Canada, US and German-speaking parts of Europe. We are excited to announce our inaugural meeting and extend a warm invitation to the internationally-minded to join us.

Time: 6 pm Pacific Time (Vancouver, BC)
Location: Zoom Meeting
As part of our club’s activities, we aim to provide a platform for mutual promotion and collaboration among members. With this goal in mind, we are offering an annual membership fee of $99 for administrative purposes.
During our meeting, we will introduce the club’s mission, goals, and upcoming activities. It’s also an excellent opportunity for networking and exploring potential partnerships with other like-minded businesses.
As part of the meeting agenda, we are allocating one minute for each participant to introduce themselves and share what they do. We believe this will provide a valuable platform for each member to showcase their expertise and connect with other members.
We truly believe that you would be a valuable addition to our community, and we would be honored to have your presence at our first meeting.
